Honestly guys, I hate doing this but there are just way too many people suing way too many other people over way too many small things. Since I don't want to get sued I have to put in this disclaimer. The idea here is to help you guys help the world by helping charities of your choice. That's gotta count for something, right?

 

Anyway, here goes...

 

I do not own any of the clips, pictures, logos or other forms of multimedia displayed on this site. I merely copied them from a Google search or Youtube (which incidentally is owned by Google so basically I got everything off of random Google searches). Still, if you feel I have violated the terms of use or in any manner or infringed on your legal rights then please just let me know as soon as you can. I'm sure we can come to some sort of an understanding. I'm not trying to steal anything or cheat anyone. That is not my intention. My intention is for u&i to do good and not piss off anyone in the process.

 

Also, I don't know any of the people in any of the pictures or any of the clips on my site nor have they compensated or promised to compensate me for including them on my site, in any manner whatsoever. Basically, I'm not endorsing anyone except for the portfolio of charities.

 

As for your personal info, I promise that I will not sell your data to anyone. Ever. Period! I don't like it when companies do it to me and I won't do it to anyone else.

 

Last but not least, I'm not sure if you noticed all the puns I've made throughout my site but there a lot. Just in case its not clear, I'm just making fun and not trying to offend anyone, so chill. :)!
